Our Promise

We want you to love your Valeo Sculpt purchase. If there's a problem with your item, or you've simply changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To keep things simple (and make sure your return doesn't get lost along the way), please follow these steps:

1. Get in touch first. Message us at hello@valeosculpt.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for authorization. We'll review your request and confirm the return address with you - please don't send anything back before you hear from us, as items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
3. Send it back. Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the confirmed address.
4. We'll process your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in the condition you received them, with all original packaging and accessories included where possible. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and body-care products can only be returned if they arrived faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your provider.

Exchanges

Prefer a swap instead of a refund? Let us know when you request your return, and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange for a different item, subject to availability.
